Our website is www.anchorwatch.com (“The Website”) and is owned and operated by Anchorwatch, Inc. (“The Company”). This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations.

1. Categories of Personal Data We Collect from You

In the course of providing and enhancing our offerings, we collect several categories of Personal Data. We collect your account information. Additionally, unique identifiers such as account usernames and passwords are collected as part of our operational data collection protocol.

For the purposes of fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, further data may be requisite. This includes, inter alia, government-issued identification numbers (for instance, Social Security numbers or passport numbers), dates of birth, and, in certain contexts, financial details such as banking account information. The collection of these particulars facilitates the verification of user identity, ensures adherence to statutory mandates, and aids in the prevention of fraudulent activities. Documents to substantiate identity and residence, such as government-issued identification, utility bills, or financial statements, may also be solicited.

We collect transaction data, including the type of payment card, the terminal digits of credit or debit cards, or bank transfer details, alongside billing addresses and electronic mail correspondences, which is to be shared with designated payment processing entities.

Moreover, we may collect commercial data reflecting purchase histories and consumer profiles. Such data might be provided to third party service providers and analytics partners.

We collect data pertaining to devices and internet protocol (IP) addresses, which includes the email domain, the genre of device, and the software environment utilized to access our service. This category of data may be shared with service providers and analytics partners.

Web analytics data, capturing interactions with web pages and the sources through which the services were accessed, including non-identifiable request identifiers and statistical data related to device or browser interactions with the services, may be collected and distributed to service providers, advertising partners, and analytics partners, subject in the case of advertising partners to your consent.

Geolocation data, inferred from IP addresses, is shared with service providers and analytics partners.

Sensory data, images, video footage, or recordings of individuals or their surroundings, is collected solely upon provision by the individuals in the context of specific services and may be shared with third party service providers.

Inferences drawn from the aggregate of personal data collected, reflecting user attributes, behaviors, and preferences, may be shared with service providers and analytics partners.

Lastly, any additional identifying information voluntarily offered by individuals, including but not limited to communications via emails or letters, may be collected and shared with service providers.

2. Other Sources of Personal Data

Personal Data about you is collected from a variety of sources. This collection primarily occurs directly from you when you engage with our services, such as creating an account, using our interactive tools, or providing information through free-form text boxes, surveys, questionnaires, or direct communication methods like email. Beyond direct interactions, third parties also contribute to our data collection processes. Vendors, for instance, play a crucial role by analyzing engagement with the Services or assisting in customer support. They may also gather information to generate leads and create user profiles. Advertising partners are another source of data, providing insights based on your interactions with our websites, applications, products, services, advertisements, or communications, provided that you have the opportunity to withhold consent of the sharing of your Personal Data with our advertising partners or for advertising purposes.
